The X'Press Series Expeller Max 200 is the largest and most robust oil expeller in Kumar’s mechanical extraction lineup, engineered to meet the demands of high-throughput operations. Featuring a steel cast double-chamber design, hard-faced wear parts, and both horizontal and vertical feeding configurations, the X'Press is built to deliver long-term, reliable performance with minimal operator input.

This expeller is equipped with advanced automation features, including an automatic cone adjustment system for on-the-fly variation of cake thickness and a barring motor for safe chamber emptying during power loss. With an inbuilt Oil-N-Foots conveyor and a telescopic hydraulic chamber opening system, the X'Press offers a clean, efficient, and scalable solution for large-scale oilseed processing.

Seeds are introduced into the expeller through horizontal or vertical feeders and directed into the double-chamber worm assembly. As the seed is pressed under high mechanical force, oil is expelled through the press cage openings. The independent gearbox powers the system while keeping edible oil isolated from mineral oil.

An automatic cone adjustment system allows real-time control of cake thickness to adapt to varying seed characteristics. Stainless steel seal rings protect the worm shaft from damage. Oil and foots are discharged through an inbuilt adjustable conveyor, while a telescopic hydraulic unit provides easy access for maintenance. In case of power failure, a barring motor system enables safe chamber emptying without manual intervention.
