About the role
As Manager – Sales & Marketing, you will plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets across global (international and domestic) markets and customer accounts, in line with company objectives. The role demands end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle, proactive client engagement, and disciplined pipeline management to deliver growth.

Experience & Qualifications
10–12 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Client Management, with exposure to refinery operations and oils and fats equipment companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or MBA in Marketing

Skillsets

• Independently manage business enquiries and convert them into successful sales, ensuring a smooth experience through negotiations and order execution
• Drive sales closures through proactive client engagement, cross-selling, and up-selling to new and repeat customers
• Generate qualified leads by identifying and targeting potential opportunities via online research and market analysis
• Expand and manage the customer portfolio to maximise revenue, optimise realisation, ensure retention, and enhance revenue collection from key accounts

About the role
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience across conventional machining processes, including turning, milling, horizontal boring, plano milling, drilling, grinding, assembly, and surface treatment. Eligible candidates must have deep knowledge of machining practices, tool usage, and process optimization, with the ability to deliver high-quality output while driving efficiency.

B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Production / D.M.E.

Skillsets
Production planning and execution – Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet deadlines and optimize resource use (Plan vs Actual). Monitor variable costs such as consumables, tooling, rework, and PPE.
Manpower management – Lead and allocate direct and indirect shop floor teams to ensure safe, productive operations.
Quality Management Systems – Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
SAP – Production Planning (PP) module – Skilled in using SAP PP for tracking and planning.
Exposure to CNC & VMC machines – Familiarity with CNC/VMC operations, setup, basic troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Statutory compliance – Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

About the role
You will oversee and optimize fabrication processes by planning equipment, manpower, and materials effectively. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, at the highest quality standards, while coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and shop floor personnel for seamless operations.

Production planning and resource allocation – Plan, allocate, and schedule equipment and resources to maximise efficiency.
Project monitoring and reporting – Track project progress, align with production plans, and flag risks or delays.
Cross-functional coordination – Supervise and guide shop floor teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Quality and compliance – Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018, and apply tools like 7 QC Tools, CAPA, 5S, and Kaizen.
System and process knowledge – Operate and maintain documentation using SAP/ERP systems for production tracking, inventory, and resource planning.
