Kumar’s PK Series Expeller is specifically designed for the mechanical extraction of oil from palm kernels, a material known for its abrasive and high-pressure processing demands. The press features a fabricated single-chamber design with hard-faced wear parts and robust construction to withstand long hours of continuous operation.

Tailored for palm kernel processing, the machine delivers maximum oil yield with minimal residual oil in the press cake, optimising efficiency across both first and second press stages. Palm kernels are fed into the expeller chamber, where they are compressed by a rotating worm shaft against the press cage, releasing oil under high pressure. The specially designed screw shaft, made from ultrasonically tested alloy steel, ensures high durability and throughput. The worm assembly is protected by stainless steel seal rings that prevent shaft damage and seizure. Extracted oil and foots are discharged via an inbuilt adjustable conveyor, while the independent gearbox ensures smooth, quiet operation with zero risk of cross-contamination between edible and mechanical systems.
