Oils are treated with sodium methoxide catalyst in a reactor, where fatty acids are redistributed across triglycerides. Circulation through an autoclave ensures thorough mixing and complete reaction. Magnetically driven agitators provide full vacuum sealing and low-maintenance operation. At the same time, double spiral coils deliver efficient temperature control and heat transfer for stable processing.
Once the reaction is complete, the oil is bleached to remove colour bodies and impurities. It is then filtered and transferred to storage. Automatic filter-cleaning systems increase uptime and reliability, while precise parametric control ensures uniformity across production runs.
