Rishabh holds a BBA degree in Entrepreneurship from Temple University, Philadelphia, USA, to which he won a prestigious scholarship. He specialized in business development, sales and marketing, and corporate strategy.

Besides overseeing Kumar's business goals, Rishabh's core responsibility is to anticipate and neutralize potential bottlenecks that can stifle company growth and identify expansion opportunities.

Rishabh believes a growth environment is a universal right for everyone at Kumar, whether they are an intern or senior management. He brings his inherent integrity to every interaction within and outside the organization. He wants to grow Kumar into a great place to work, one where people seek employment to build their bright futures.

Rishabh believes that empathy and leadership go hand in hand and chooses to lead by example. In his spare time, he volunteers for causes he believes in.
