Aditya Manaktala

Aditya worked at Kumar all through college, putting in time in multiple departments when he joined the company – particularly in the administrative, production and purchase and developed a range of skills on the job. He holds an MBA from SP Jain Institute where he aced the finance module in the Family Managed Business program. He brings his core values of honesty, empathy and hard work to his role at Kumar.

His belief in karma as a universal truth guides his business ethos as does his innate empathy for his fellow human guide his leadership style. He believes that business must be a collaborative exercise where everyone walks away with a favourable outcome rather than a zero sum game and strives to create win-win opportunities for all of Kumar’s stakeholders – customers, partners and employees.

Aditya plays an active role in Kumar's CSR initiatives including skilling and educational programs as well as medical interventions for underserved communities.
