Factory/Fabrication Manager
You will manage fabrication and machining shops with total accountability for timely production schedule, effective utilisation of raw material, men and machines while maintaining an appropriate work environment, safety and security for the smooth functioning of the plant.
Qualifications
B. E./M.E Mechanical and an MBA in Operations with 15 to 25 years experience in the fabrication/machining industry.
Requirements
Core experience in fabrication is critical for this role. Excellent planning, organising, costing, budgeting and inventory management skills. Contractor and Labour management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal communication, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Conflict management and resolution abilities.
